Usage Policy

To keep our platform safe and our AI costs sustainable, you agree NOT to:

1. Illegal or Harmful Content

Generate videos containing:

• Hate speech, harassment, or incitement of violence.
• Explicitly sexual or pornographic material.
• Content that infringes on the trademarks or copyrights of others.

2. Misinformation & Deepfakes

• You may not use the Platform to create deceptive "Fake News" or impersonate individuals without consent.
• AI-generated content should be labeled as such where required by local social media laws.

3. Automation & Abuse

• No Scraping: You may not use automated bots to "spam" our generation engine.
• Credit Farming: Attempting to bypass the payment system or exploit the 30-minute free-fix window for generating entirely new videos is prohibited.

4. API & Rate Limits

Usage is tied to your account. Sharing accounts to circumvent token costs or "reverse-engineering" our internal AI prompts is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
