  • Payment Data: We do not store credit card info. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, which collects your billing details and transaction history.
  • Usage Data: IP addresses and basic browser info to prevent fraud and manage your 30-minute free-render window.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To manage your Credit balance.
  • To process and render your videos using AI.
  • To provide customer support regarding your render history.
  • To send essential transactional emails (receipts and token refills).

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell your data. However, we share specific data with these sub-processors to function:

  • Google Gemini AI: Your blog text is sent to Gemini to generate scripts and keywords.
  • Jina Reader: To fetch and summarize your blog content, we send the URL to Jina's web reader.
  • Stripe: To handle secure payments and subscriptions.
  • Database (PostgreSQL): To store your user profile and credit ledger.
  • Media Providers (Pexels): Search keywords are sent to fetch stock footage.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

  • Retention: We store your video metadata and credit history as long as your account is active.
  • Deletion: You may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data from our active databases, though some transaction records may be kept for legal/tax purposes (Stripe requirements).
  • Access: You can view your credit ledger and render history directly from your user dashboard.

5. AI Disclosure

Our service uses Generative AI to process your content. By using the platform, you acknowledge that your input text will be processed by third-party AI models (Google Gemini) to produce the video output.
