1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing LogReel ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Services & Credits

• Token System: Videos are generated using a "Token" or "Credit" system. 1 Video = 1 Token.
• Purchases: All sales are final. Since tokens grant immediate access to AI processing power, we generally do not offer refunds once a token is consumed.
• Free Re-renders: Users are granted a 30-minute window post-completion to fix typos or minor errors for free. This is a courtesy feature and may be revoked if abused.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the original blog content/URLs you provide.
• AI Output: We grant you a perpetual, worldwide license to use, edit, and distribute the videos generated.
• Media Licensing: Visuals are sourced from Pexels. You must comply with the Pexels License. You may not sell the raw video clips as standalone stock footage.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Platform provides AI-generated content "as is." We do not guarantee the factual accuracy of the AI-summarized scripts or that the generated video will achieve specific "viral" results.
